Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any purchase from Gill’s Digital Shop. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. About Gill’s Digital Shop

Gill’s Digital Shop is operated by a sole trader based in the Slovak Republic. This shop sells downloadable digital products including website templates, stock photos, Reels packs, and YouTube content. All products are delivered digitally — nothing is shipped physically.

2. Products

2.1 What We Sell

Gill’s Digital Shop offers the following product categories:

  • Website templates — Canva and WordPress designs
  • Stock photos — 16:9 and social media formats
  • Reels packs — vertical video content for social media
  • YouTube content — B-roll footage, stock photos, and full-length videos in 16:9 format

All products are digital and delivered electronically. No physical products are sold or shipped.

2.2 Product Delivery

After successful payment via Stripe, you will receive a PDF file by email containing a secure download link where your purchased product can be accessed. Please allow a short processing time for delivery. If you do not receive your PDF within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder first and then contact us at gillsdigitalstudio@gmail.com.

2.3 Standard License — Personal & Commercial Use

Unless a product is explicitly marked as MRR or PLR (see Section 2.5), all products are sold under a standard personal and commercial use license. This means:

✅ You may use the product for your own personal projects ✅ You may use the product for your own commercial purposes and business ✅ You may customize and adapt the product for your own use ✅ You may use the product across multiple platforms

❌ You may NOT resell the product in its original or modified form ❌ You may NOT redistribute, share, or give away the product to third parties ❌ You may NOT claim the original design or content as your own creation ❌ You may NOT offer the product as a free download anywhere ❌ You may NOT include the product in bundles or packages for resale

2.4 Canva Website Templates — Additional Restrictions

Canva website templates sold in this shop are subject to additional restrictions beyond the standard license:

❌ You may NOT resell, redistribute, or repackage Canva website templates as a standalone product, template pack, or design resource under any circumstances ❌ You may NOT use a purchased Canva template as the basis for creating derivative templates for sale ❌ You may NOT share access to purchased Canva templates with other designers or template sellers ✅ You may use a purchased Canva template to build and publish your own website only

These restrictions exist to protect the original design work and intellectual property of Gill’s Digital Shop.

2.5 MRR & PLR Products

Some products in this shop are explicitly marked with one of the following labels:

MRR — Master Resell Rights Products marked MRR may be resold by the purchaser. You may sell the product and keep 100% of the revenue. You may NOT grant MRR rights to your customers unless the product explicitly states this is permitted.

PLR — Private Label Rights Products marked PLR may be resold, rebranded, and modified by the purchaser. You may put your own name on PLR products, edit the content, and sell them as your own. You may NOT claim original authorship of the underlying creative work.

Important: MRR and PLR rights apply only to products explicitly labeled as such at the time of purchase. All other products are sold under the standard license described in Section 2.3. If a product is not labeled MRR or PLR, reselling is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments

  • All purchases are processed exclusively and securely via Stripe.
  • All prices are listed in Euro (€).
  • Gill’s Digital Shop does not store or have access to your card details at any point. All financial data is handled by Stripe under their own security standards.
  • Payment must be completed in full before any download link is issued.
  • Gill’s Digital Shop reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already completed.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued or accessed.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases
  • Incompatibility with third-party software or platforms
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing

Exception: If you experience a genuine technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file or a broken link — please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at gillsdigitalstudio@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly by reissuing the download link or providing a replacement file.

5. Intellectual Property

All products sold in this shop — including but not limited to designs, photos, videos, and templates — are the intellectual property of Gill’s Digital Shop unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it as described in Section 2. It does not transfer copyright, ownership, or authorship of the underlying work to the buyer under any circumstances.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or plagiarism of any product will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

Gill’s Digital Shop makes every effort to ensure all products are of the highest quality. However we cannot guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance from the use of our digital products. Products are provided as-is and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a product suits their intended use before purchasing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the Slovak Republic.

8. Changes to These Terms

Gill’s Digital Shop reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of this shop following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
